Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, customers must provide valid proof of purchase and a detailed explanation for the request. Refund requests should be submitted within 1 day of the packed slot date
2. Approval Process
Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed to determine eligibility. Approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated to you within 3-5 working days after the request is submitted.
3. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 3-7 working days. The actual processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
4. Absence Notification
If you have booked a package but are unable to travel, you must inform us of your absence before the travel date to remain eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Failure to provide prior notice may result in forfeiture of any refund or rescheduling options.
